How we get work done is changing fast.
I still start every project by defining the problems worth solving, who we're designing for, and what outcomes will move the business forward.
Experimenting with AI tools is now part of my process. I continuously evaluate what makes the work faster and sharper, combining new capabilities with my design intuition and research experience to keep humans at the center.
