As responsive web design was hitting mainstream, T-Mobile jumped on board with a complete E-commerce and account management site redesign.
I was one of three UX architects and two visual designers on a very large agile team at the Garrigan Lyman Group (GLG). We worked with the T-Mobile product team and InfoSys offshore developers to design and deliver a completely new My.T-Mobile.com. I was responsible for creating user flows, concept explorations, wireframes, prototypes, functional annotations, and presenting all work to client and development.
